A, By entering the competition the customer agrees to comply and be bound by the terms and conditions.
B, The competition is organised and operated by Raymur Ltd (The promoter) through the Pickahouse web site.
C, In the event of any dispute regarding the operation, rules or results of this competition, the promoter’s decision is full and final.
D, The questions must have been answered correctly in order to claim any prize.
E, The competition is open to all adult customers of 18 and over including employees and directors of the companies and persons whose properties are displayed on this site as they have no connection whatsoever to the promoters. But not directors or employees of the promoter.
F, The PRIZE is the provision of any one of the properties displayed on our site including all legal fees associated with a normal house purchase.
G, Each entrant must satisfy themselves with regard to their own country of residence as to the legality of entering such a competition.
H, The Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or change the competition or rules without notice, any such actions will be posted within the terms and conditions on this web site.
I, Customers may make any number or combination of purchases from our site and each purchase entitles the person to a separate and free entry to our competitions.
J, On entering the competition entrants must supply all relevant contact details. The promoter reserves the right to publicise the winning entrants Name, Address and image only as well as property selected as a prize. No other entrant’s details will be shared passed on or otherwise revealed to any third party.
K, The promoter will notify the winning entrant immediately. If a winner cannot be contacted by the information supplied, the details will be posted on the site for seven days thereafter a new winner will be chosen from the entries submitted up until the closing date of that particular competition. The next competition will continue as normal.
L, The competition is optional and completely free of charge to all customers purchasing products or services from the Pickahouse web site.
M, Legal transfer and stamp duty costs where applicable will be the only responsibility of the promoter.
N, Internet entry to the competition will be confirmed by return email, if no such confirmation should appear within two days please contact the office with time and details of entry.
O, The date of the draw will be five days after the close of the competition to allow time for arrival of post and authentication of payments.
P, The selection of the prize-winner will conducted by and in the presence of a recognised and reputable third party, person or agency and results published in both local and national media.
Q, The promoter takes no responsibility for entries lost, mislaid or received late for a particular competition due to failures or overloading in computer or web systems or power outages, indeed failure of any system beyond our control.
R, The entrant must satisfy themselves as to the availability, finish and location of all properties displayed on our web site, should they choose that property for us to purchase, the standard of craftsmanship of each individual builder will be a matter of public knowledge and outside the control of the promoters, though every effort will be made by us to secure the most reputable house suppliers available in the country in posting properties on our site.
S, The promoters do not accept any responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any winner or entrant as a result of entering, or winning any prize offered in any competition run through this web site.
T, The promoter also takes no responsibility for any damage or injury caused by the receiving of any confirmation emails to an entrant’s pc or other computing device.

U, This is a prize competition and no refunds can be made.
