Q. What is the PRIZE?
A. Pickahouse will purchase any one of the properties displayed on our web site and include all standard legal fees for our competition winner.

Q. Can I pick any one of the properties or just the nearest one to me?
A. YES any one, you may have viewed some of these with the intention of buying or you might like the look of some of the locations for a holiday or rental property. The choice is completely YOURS.

Q. What proof have I that my entry has been received?
A. Customers who purchase from our web site will be sent a confirmation email once payment has cleared, your draw number will be on this as a receipt, customers who purchase with cash from our field sales team will be issued with a ticket stub and your entry is confirmed.

Q. Who can enter?
A. Anyone can enter, providing they are over 18 years, this also includes the advertisers and the builders directors, employees and sub-contractors who’s properties are displayed on our web site as these people have no connection whatsoever to the promoters and can have no influence on the selection of the winning entrant.

Q. What’s the catch?
A. No catch, entry to the competition is optional and no details of either customers, entrants or advertisers are revealed to any third party or will be used by ourselves in any way other than in the running of our promotional competition.

Q. How will I know who has won?
A. The winner will be pictured with their chosen property on our main web page with links showing all press cuttings and any other media coverage, and we will be delighted to display this which will give our competition creditability and inspire confidence.

Q. How long will this draw run for?
A. The intention is to have enough customers attracted by the end of March this is why we are putting all the advertisements and field agents out pushing for sales we know that when we can show a winner with a property on our web site and all the media coverage as well it will give everyone more confidence in our business.

Q. I have a house and I am happy in it why should I enter your competition?
A. If you have a mortgage on your house and it is £200k or less we will pay off your mortgage for you that is if you really do not want a second property
